As governments around the world pump money into infrastructure to help their economies recover from the pandemic, we are seeing the rise in the interest and use of alliances and/or collaborative contracting models worldwide. Whilst alliances are evidently back in favour in Australia, recently, PCI has also received calls from government agencies to support the establishment of alliances / collaborative contracts from around the globe in almost every sector imaginable.
With what seems like a global shortage of skilled labour, a not-yet-fully reliable supply chain and a very heated construction market, alliances and collaborative contracts have again proven their value in delivering complex, multi-discipline, high risk infrastructure projects.
Outside of Australia, PCI is proud to have established five alliances in Canada over the last 2 years and are supporting proponents to bid for alliances/collaborative contracts in other parts of the world including USA, Europe and the Middle East.
