Dr Holly Dinh
Partner – Coaching and Organisational Development
Holly has a PhD in organisational change and psychology and over 20 years’ professional experience as an educator, change practitioner, business leader and Alliance facilitator. Holly has worked extensively in the major infrastructure industry across an array of sectors, including water, road, rail, mining, defence, health and utilities. She has helped many government agencies and private asset owners establish alliances and other forms of contracts. She is a trusted advisor and coach on many of Australia’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects. Holly has a passionate interest in using multi-modal and creative processes to stimulate engagement and reflection in people, to navigate complex team and interpersonal relations in highly technical environments, and to engender deep and shared understanding that enable breakthrough insights and positive outcomes for individuals, teams and organisations.
Jim Ross
Founder & Specialist Consultant
Jim is a civil engineer with over 30 years professional experience in engineering and construction in various countries and with over 20 years hands-on senior management and leadership experience in major project delivery in Australia. Jim has been at the forefront of the development of relationship contracting in Australia and is acknowledged throughout Australia and globally as a leading thinker, adviser and facilitator in alliancing and collaborative contracting. Jim received the award for ‘Outstanding Contributor to Alliancing’ in the Alliancing Association of Australasia (AAA) 2010 Excellence Awards, the first time this has ever been awarded to an individual.
Jim Dingwall
Partner – Commercial Advisory
Jim is a mechanical engineer with over 25 years professional experience in management of capital-intensive and infrastructure businesses. Jim has consulted to over a hundred clients in 20 countries, including most of Australia’s infrastructure operators in transport, utilities, and communications sectors. Jim specialises in complex sourcing and alliance contracting, primarily in capital-intensive businesses. He has established contracts ranging in value from $3M-$5B, including fixed price, target cost, performance-based, and pure alliance arrangements. Jim has led many engagements to establish complex contracts – both capital and maintenance / O&M, most frequently acting on the client side, but also advising and coaching proponent teams. He has implemented long-term large-scale contracts and alliances in energy, mining, utilities, rail, road, and telecommunications and IT sectors.
