PCI facilitated the establishment of the new generation Warship Asset Management Agreement for Department of Defence (Navy).  Our scope included facilitating the development the PAA and commercial framework, providing coaching to the Governance & Leadership Board during the establishment phase and assisting in the mobilisation of the new alliance.
