PCI worked with this fully formed program alliance that was experiencing some cultural and commercial challenges. We conducted a deep analysis of the Accord’s systems, processes, commercial framework, and culture to identify inhibitors to performance and uncover drivers of change.  We helped the Accord review and revise their commercial framework, provided education to the wider team on alliancing concepts and principles, and implemented a robust change management plan to address key cultural issues.  This work resulted in a 35% uplift in the alliance’s overall performance within first 12 months.
