PCI has a long history with the Lendlease Engineering and Building businesses, stemming from our initial relationship with Baulderstone prior to its integration into the Lendlease organisation.
 
PCI designed and continues to facilitate the Future Leadership Team Program for Lend Lease Victoria.  This program has been running for over 15 years now and is seen by Lend Lease as having ‘made and continues to make a significant and telling contribution in a number of business-critical areas’ – General Manager – Building.
 
We also provide proponent coaching to Lend Lease on many of its major bids, securing selection on projects such as Southern Program Alliance, Ballarat Line Upgrade and Melbourne Part Redevelopment.   PCI has also provided commercial advisory services to help Lendlease negotiate and/or resolve complex contractual issues when required.
