MTM is the operator of the Melbourne metropolitan rail network.  PCI facilitated the establishment of an Early Contractor Involvement arrangement to deliver track renewal and maintenance activities throughout Melbourne’s urban rail network and supported MTM in their bid to the government for the High Capacity Signaling Project.
