Infrastructure BC supports the public sector in British Columbia, Canada in meeting its infrastructure needs in the procurement of complex capital projects.  The Cowichan District Hospital Replacement Project will result in the design, construction, commissioning and activation of a new hospital to serve the communities of the Cowichan area.
 
PCI is supporting Infrastructure BC to establish the very first twin-TOC alliance procurement in Canada for this project.  The establishment of this project alliance will be used as a template for future twin-TOC alliance procurement in BC.
 
Our role includes the development of the alliance procurement and establishment plan, helping to develop the RFQ, RFP and other market-facing documentation, running team preparation workshops for the Owner’s Team, developing detailed terms of compensation for the alliance contracts, facilitating proponent selection interviews and interactive workshops, and facilitating commercial alignment process. 
 
PCI will also provide alliance coaching to support the fully-formed alliance in the delivery phase.
