RMS engaged PCI to help the RMS team select the best form of contract to deliver the M4 westbound off-ramp at Hill Road in Lidcombe, NSW.  This project needed to be fast-tracked to match the 2019 commissioning of WestConnex Stage 1.  Given the compressed timescale, plus technical and stakeholder challenges, it was important that the right contracting approach be selected to ensure its successful delivery.
 
PCI conducted interviews with senior RMS stakeholders to understand specific project objectives and the range of risks and issues to be identified.  We then developed a process to help the RMS team to understand and assess the options available and choose the most appropriate form of contract.
