PCI has helped AusNet in a range of sourcing work since helping to establish their first major maintenance and capital delivery contract over a decade ago, using one of the first incentivised cost-reimbursable contracts in an Australian utility, a model which has since been widely adopted by other asset-intensive businesses. Since then we have advised on various contract establishment and management tasks, and are currently helping to develop strategies for the overall sourcing mix in the medium- and longer-term.
