PCI supported YVW to re-design and renew its maintenance and capital contracting arrangements. This work involved reviewing the former contract model that YVW had in place to understand its strengths and weaknesses as well as costs and performance trends, engaging with relevant stakeholders to develop a new contract model, and designing and facilitating the market engagement and selection process. PCI also helped YVW with the establishment of an appropriate contract management support function to ensure desired outcomes are achieved and incentive payments are well-founded. We supported YVW’s internal team to develop a comprehensive plan for contract transition and mobilisation. PCI is currently helping YVW to tackle teething issues and improve contract management arrangements.
