The new Domestic Jet Facility (DJF) is a $1.5B+ project which has a very demanding schedule as AIAL is required to upgrade security by mid-2023 to meet the requirements of international aviation treaties, and requires full DJF completion by late 2026.  PCI’s role covered three areas:
(i) developing a procurement and contracting strategy for the main DJF contract and major subcontracts;
(ii) designing and facilitating a process to select the preferred consortium of designers and constructors; and
(iii) developing and assisting with negotiations of detailed terms of compensation mechanisms within the main DJF alliance agreement.
