Alliance Development Coaching
As part of the core coaching team on this $600m alliance for 2 years, Holly worked closely with the Alliance Management Team to create a high performance culture that spanned from ‘boots to suits’. Scope of work included designing and facilitating a high-impact team development event for 300 people that was rated as ‘the best alliance building event ever’ by the majority of participants. Over the course of the 2 years, Holly also designed and delivered a number of targeted leadership development programs for the alliance’s people leaders.
This project was highly successful, delivering ahead of schedule with outstanding outcomes in all Key Results Areas.
