PCI is currently supporting TMR as one of the owner agencies to transform an existing traditional contract into an alliance contract. Our role includes developing the commercial framework and providing behavioural coaching to the project team.
 
PCI has also provided consulting and team development services on a number of major projects and maintenance contracts for the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads to foster or renew collaborative working relationships between the Department and its contractors.
