PCI conducted a review of NSW Land & Housing Corporation’s proposed contract arrangements for the Strategic Maintenance Review project.  Our work involved reviewing key documents and interview key members of the team to assess current strengths and opportunities to improve the design or implementation approach and make recommendations as required.
