This >$1B project had targets that looked highly improbable at best.  The project team lacked belief in the possibility of delivering the project to meet the owner’s objectives.
 
Jim Ross designed and facilitated a foundational workshop for the project team destined to build FMG’s port rail, and mine infrastructure in the Pilbara.  This workshop also established the foundations for an effective relationship contract.
 
This workshop was deemed as key success factor in the project being delivered in a way that exceeded many expectations and meeting all key results areas.
