PCI supported QR and its Supplier partner to jointly develop the overarching commercial framework that will underpin a new 10-year Strategic Partnership Agreement. Our scope included:
 
Helping QR and its Supplier to design and agree a commercial framework to align their commercial interests over the long term;
 
Developing and detailing the full compensation framework, incentive mechanisms and risk sharing regime, and guide legal advisors in drafting the general terms of the agreement accordingly;
 
Providing coaching and facilitation to the project team to engage in the process with the right collaborative intentions, behaviours and mindsets; and
 
Supported the mobilisation and implementation of the new contract.
 
PCI continues to provide support to the combined team to deliver on the new agreement.
