PCI has successfully supported DM Roads on a number of bids for alliances and other forms of collaborative contracts, most notably to secure selection for three of WA MainRoad’s Maintenance Integrated Service Agreements (ISA), the Stewardship Maintenance Contract (SMC) and the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Contract with Roads & Maritime Services.  PCI continues to provide ad-hoc coaching to the fully formed ISA, SMC, and ITS contract teams and the wider DM Roads team.
