Holly Dinh undertook a review of patient flow between the medical and psychiatric ward to help improve relationships between the wards and enhance how they share in patient care.
We used art-based processes to depict the patient journey in a way that would resonate with doctors, nurses, and administrators alike and bring them together to co-create a better solution for improving patient transfer and care.
