PCI supported the Rail Transformation Consortium to establish an ECI for the High Capacity Signalling work package within an overarching PPP arrangement.
 
Our scope included working with relevant owner-side stakeholders to align on the ECI contracts to be negotiated, developing the market facing documents including drafting the ECI contract and running an interactive selection process with tenderers.
