Shell Refining (Australia) wanted to establish a relationship-based maintenance contract for its Geelong refinery to drive improvements in safety, productivity, and costs.  PCI helped to create a contract where service providers could genuinely partner with Shell to understand asset conditions and optimize performance of maintenance and minor capital.  PCI then facilitated the establishment process to select the right alliance partners and provided coaching to the fully formed alliance to ensure success of the contract.
