The Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) owns and manages Australia’s national rail freight network.  PCI supported ARTC to establish a contract to design and construct the Southern Sydney Freight Line.
 
Our scope included developing the contracting strategy and compensation framework, developing the market facing documents and facilitated the selection process including evaluations and commercial negotiations leading to contract finalisation and project launch.
