CRLL is responsible for delivering NZ’s largest ever transport infrastructure project.  This $4.4B project involves construction of a 3.5km underground rail link and two new underground stations serving Auckland’s CBD.
 
PCI’s role included development of the alliance procurement and establishment plan, helping to develop the RFP and other market-facing documentation, running team preparation workshops for CRLL, developing detailed terms of compensation for the alliance contracts, facilitating proponent selection interviews and workshops, and facilitating commercial alignment process both for contract terms and to align on detailed target adjustment (variation) guidelines – which was critical to achieving a strong collaborative mindset.
