Alliance Development Coaching

The Sunbury line electrification alliance was the first large-scale ‘pure’ alliance established by DoT.  The alliance comprised 4 participant organisations, a designer, and a sub-alliance partner. PCI provided coaching and advisory services during the development phase to assist with the TOC and KPI framework and promote team development and integration between the six participants. During the delivery phase we conducted health checks and leadership development programs to help improve performance and team cohesiveness.  The alliance met with many delivery challenges but the participants held to alliancing principles that allowed them to collaboratively navigate and overcome these challenges.
