PCI was the alliance facilitator in the initial establishment of Novo Rail Alliance with RailCorp in NSW.  We subsequently assisted in its transition to Transport for NSW which involved a review and renegotiation of the alliance commercial framework.
 
Since its transition, PCI continues to provide commercial advisory, team coaching and process improvement services to the alliance.
