Our Story
PCI is recognised in the industry as having highly integrated commercial and cultural advisory capabilities to provide industry-leading strategic commercial advice, education, and facilitation in all aspects of Alliancing and other forms of collaborative contracts. In addition to our extensive experiences as procurement advisor and facilitator for asset owners, we have a very high success rate in coaching proponent teams to secure selection and preparing them to be effective partners in collaborative contracts.
