PCI facilitates the design and implementation of a maintenance alliance contract at a new minesite

PCI has been engaged by Roy Hill to help develop a maintenance alliance contract to support its dedicated railway which will serve Australia’s latest Iron Ore project. When fully operational Roy Hill will ship 55 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) from its Pilbara mine site to new shipping facilities at Port Hedland. Safety and reliability of the rail link is essential to the project’s success, so a long-term alliance framework is the method chosen to ensure that contractor’s act in Roy Hill’s long-term interests.
